  	I Edward Winshipp of Caimbridge ( ) do dispose of my estate as followeth and first of all I doe give unto my son Ephraim the let of land whereon his house standeth both all the meadow and upland which he hath now in his possession ( ) reserving to my selfe so long as I live four loads of hay every and twenty L to be paid to me every year in money which four loads of hay and 20 shillings in money being duely paid to me or my assignes I doe give that tract of land to him and to his heire lawfully begotten of his body then it shall return to me or to my wife if living and if otherwise it shall come to my other sons or to so many of them as shall then be living; and if his wife survives him she shall ( ) it so long as she remains his wife and this shall be his porsion. I do give unto my son Edward all my land that lieth on the east side of the broke whereon our sawmill standeth except that which I bought of Edward Methelson and twelve acres in my own great meaddow; and for that which he is to have he shall pay unto me or my assigns every year twenty shillings in money so long as either I or my wife ( ) live; which twenty shillings being duely paid every year to me or to my assignes I do give it to him and to his heires forever. But if he die without a lawfull heir it shall return to me or to my wife if living and if otherwise to my 2 sons Sam and Joseph Winship and if his wife do survive him she shall ( ) it so long as she remains his wife. I do give unto my son Samuel one hundredth acres of my land or thereabout some of it measured by David Fiske about eigthie acres upon the west side of Concord way next to his brother Ephraim his line and another tract of land upon the east side of Concord way I do judge may make it an hundredth acres but if it more or less I do give it to him for his porsions he paying to me and to my wife so long as we live seaven days worke in mowing and 2 loads 2 cord and an half of wood brought home to our house every year so long as I and my wife do live in ( ) paiments that is 7 daies worke and the 2 ( ); two cord and a halfe of wood be dulie paid to me or to my assigned every year so long either of us do live, I do so give the said land to him ( ) his heires forever but he die without a lawfull heir it shall return to me or to my wife if living otherwise to his two brothers Edward and Joseph Winship and if he die and leave a widdow she shall ( ) it so long as she remains his wife. I do give unto my son Joseph nine acres and an halfe of lande lyinge between Thomas Hals land and the hieway lead to the ( ) and six acres of meddow all ailwife meddow ralled the ( ) meddow for which meddow he is to pay me five shillings and forty acres he is to pay me six shillings ( ) Being duely paid to me or to my wife every year so long as either of us do live, I do give the said land both upland and meddow to him and his heires for ever, but if he die without a lawful heire it shall return to me or to my wife if living and if otherwise to his two brothers Edward and Sam. But if he die and leave not a lawful heire then it shall return to me or to my wife if living but if otherwise then it shall return or come to my two sons Edward and Samwell and if he leave a widdow she shall ( ) it so long as she remains his wife. I here given to my daughter Mary one cow and a horse and some other things that came to 15 or sixtine pounds and that shall be her porsion with other 5 pound I now give her. I here given to my daughter Elizabeth fifty acres of land lying on the south west side of Charles river with something wls ( ) her mother gave her which shall be her porsion. I here given to my daughter Abigail 3 acres of meddow land and one cow and some other things that came to about 15 or sixteen pounds and I give her five pound more and that shall be her porsion. And if it pleases god to take me away before my wife then I doo give unto my wife my house where now I dwell and ( ) twenty five acres of land that it standeth upon and my ( ) acres of wod land by the sawmill and my fiftie acres at the end of the bounds and the swamp between the house and the pond and horse let at ailwife meddow and all my moveables both goods and chatles out of which she and my son Edward shall pay to my three daughters Margery, Joana and Meahittable every one of them twenty pounds in the best way they can and as soon as they can: and if they cannot pay it out of the goods then either to sell some of the out lands or els to give them some of them to ( ) at a considerable price as my executors, I meane my son Edward and my wife shall ( ) worthy: which ( ) pounds with all other debts and legacies dulie paid and my wife comfortably provided for while she lives after my decease my will is that my son Edward Winshipp shall have my house and twenty five acres of land ( ) it standeth upon and the little swamp between the house and the pond I meane my house at Manottemy where now I dwell. And Joana shall have a roome in one of the middle chambers for a bed and a chist soo longe as she lives if she doe not mary and ( ) shall be left either of the ( ) of the ( ) and 6 or moveables my wife shall dispose pf as she pleaseth only I give the house close to my grand children Edward Winshipp and my ( ) acres of medow at ailwife I give my wife and to son Edw after. I appoint my wife and my son Edward to be my executors and my brother Samuall Stone and my brother John ( ) to so this my will executed and performed and intestimony that that is my will and my last will. I have set to my hand. Edward Winshipp September 1685 I Edward Winshipp do declare this to be my last will before us, being now in ( ) memory according to our judgment that and wittnesses hereunto also six lines apostscrip on the other leafe is part of this will.
