About Our
Farm Navarre Mini Acres is located just north of West Bend Wisconsin in the community of Farmington. Roger and Sandra Navarre are the owners. (More information about Roger and Sandy can be found at their "About Us" page.)
We only have a small group of miniature horses, but we've taken pride in selecting only quality horses since we are actively engaged in showing them in the AMHR (American Miniature Horse Registry), AMHA (American Miniature Horse Association) and Pinto Horse Association circuits, as well as local fun shows.
Our horses enjoy a large pasture for limited times during the day. We also have dry lots which give them plenty of opportunity for fresh air when our Wisconsin weather permits.
We hire professionals to help us train our horses. We believe it is important to teach good habits early and consistently. We attempt to discover each horse's special talents and emphasize those in their training. However, we expose each of them to a variety of showing skills including driving, jumping and obstacle.
We also attempt to share our little companions with the community by taking them in parades, visiting nursing homes, etc.
We are proud members of the Southeast Wisconsin Miniature Equine Club.
